Personality:

A personality trait of mine would be healthy. I'm not doing this in any way to brag or anything, but it is something I am proud of only because I used to be the total opposite. I used to eat strictly only pasta, chips, ice cream, and drink only soda. 

Once everything caught up to me and I realized how unhealthy that was to be doing that daily, I decided to change. I now try my best to live a healthy lifestyle and I would consider that one of my strongest traits about me considering I have worked so hard and it became a routine of mine. 

Self Introductory: 

 There is two big things you should know about me, and those two things would be how much I love my dog and how much I love spending time with my friends. My dog is seven years old, he is a shih tzu, and his name is Buddy. He is like a little fluff ball and is a very calm dog, not too jumpy and doesn't bark much unless he sees another dog. If I am sad, he is always right there to make me smile and I love him to death. 

Another huge and very important thing about me is I love to be with my friends pretty much 24/7. I am very outgoing and friendly and love to make new friends and always be with my friends. I will start to get antsy and very bored if I am not with people. I can probably last one hour being alone, but that is pretty much it. My friends and I love to go out and do fun things like go shopping, go out to eat, go to concerts, pretty much anything that any teenager would consider a fun time. 

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!

Westfield State University's softball intramural team has had two large injuries occur and this may be the end of the intramural teams at this school. These two Junior boys, Dylan and TJ were on the same team and both had a downfall. Dylan (top picture) was batting, and as the ball was coming at him, the aim of the pitch was off and it ended up hitting him in the nose extremely hard. He ended up with a broken nose and a slight black eye during the game and had to be taken to the hospital. TJ (bottom picture) on the other hand got injured as well but in a completely different way. As he was running the bases on the field after a good hit, he slipped. The turf was extremely slippery because an hour before their game it was downpouring, and since the weather was better when it was game time, they still decided to play. He slipped and he ended up falling the wrong way and onto his knee which resulted in his knee being dislocated. Even though these college students were playing these intramural games for fun, it turned out to be unsafe and the school is more aware of it and considering taking them away if they need to so others don't get injured. 

Westfield State University's Campus

Westfield State University's campus is a beautiful place, especially in the center. There is this huge globe sculpture that just makes the scenery even better. It is located next to the campus green where fun activities and events occur, and the globe stands out the most when you walk onto the campus. It is in a small gated area, and people describe it as the "campus icon". The globe is a beautiful place to take pictures, I know that when I came here on my tour my parents instantly saw the globe and forced me to take a picture right by it because of how beautiful it looked. 

Westfield State University's students are very academically dedicated. Everyone works extremely hard to get good grades so they can be successful in their future. As you walk around, there are many other places other than the library that is available for students to sit down and do work. Normally, most places with those available spaces are all taken up because everyone is working hard and doing their work to become successful. All students are very respectful and kind toward one another and that is what makes Westfield a great place to be at. 

THE BIG E

There is this amazing event that happens every year, and it lasts about three weeks long during the month of September. It is called "The Big E", and it is located in Springfield MA. There is raffles, small shops, little restaurants/bars, rides, animals, opportunities to ride different animals, and amazing food. 

The food at the Big E is known to be amazing. I personally have never been to the Big E until this year. Everyone was always saying how good the food was and all I could think to myself was "How good could carnival food really be?" But, I instantly took that question out of my head right away once I ate their food. The wings were AMAZING, the cheesy fries were even better, and then I had a bite of my friend's  pizza and i think it may have been one of the best pizza's I have ever had. 

The best people to go to this type of event with would be your best friends. There is nothing better than you and your friends enjoying amazing food together, going on some rides, and being able to take a million pictures with them so it is a day that wouldn't be forgotten. I went with some of my friends who I had met here at school, and since the Big E is only about 25 minutes away from campus, it was the perfect thing to do on a beautiful Wednesday night.
